'Vitality Health & Well Being' is a wholistic health practice based in the Newcastle area, and was a finalist in the 2006 Hunter Excellence in Business Awards. The website was created in 2005 at my own company, Unconundrum.

The website boasts a large amount of original content created on a wide range of topics including Dietry Advice, Women's Health, Children's Health and the latest News and Research.

The business and website promotes itself by inviting visitors to sign up online to the health club, attend workshops, book consultations and email pages of interest to friends.
